Obama said the United States will consider imposing a no"flight zone" over the country.Obama mentioned that the United States and the world were outraged by colonel Qaddafi violence against the Libya people.Now Muammar Qaddafi has lost the legitimacy to lead,and he must leave.Not to mention,Obama emphasized a strong preference for the Libyan people to be masters of their own future.
